When change happens at the source itself…
RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is an advanced form of hypnotherapy developed by renowned therapist Marisa Peer. It is a profound and extremely effective therapeutic method that works directly on the subconscious, where the roots of our beliefs, emotional patterns, and behaviors are hidden.
RTT® is accredited by numerous professional organizations, including the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists (IACT), and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).
With the help of a hypnotic state, which is completely natural and safe, we access parts of you that carry stories linked to a particular issue that you wish to resolve. That stories once made perfect sense, but today may limit you, hurt you, or hold you back. RTT® enables you to recognize these internal programs, understand them, resolve them, and – most importantly – record a new truth that better supports your life today.
My approach to RTT®
In my work with RTT®, I do not seek quick fixes, but rather deep understanding and true transformation. I also use RTT® as a tool for working with the inner child, wounded parts of the personality, and parts hidden in the shadows, waiting for someone to finally see and hear them and accept them and welcome them into the whole.
Recognize the pattern. Change it where it originated.
Your subconscious knows the way. Listen to it.
“You were not born feeling inadequate – someone taught you that, and now it’s time to unlearn it.”
Marisa Peer
Each meeting is a holistic process; a safe space where you can allow yourself to see what has shaped you and choose what you will carry with you from now on.
How does an RTT® session work?
An RTT® session takes place in several stages and lasts approximately 180 minutes. The entire process takes place in a safe and relaxed environment, at your own pace:
Intake Interview: First we talk about the issue, challenge, or feeling that you want to explore.
Induction of the hypnotic state: I then guide you into a relaxed state of hypnosis. This is not sleep, but a deeply focused state of consciousness where your subconscious is more accessible.
In-depth exploration: With the help of guided questions, we discover key moments from your past that have shaped your current inner beliefs.
Transformation: Together, we then create a new, more supportive inner narrative. I do this using affirmations, suggestions, and visualizations, which are particularly effective in a hypnotic state.
Personal audio support: After the session, you will receive a personalized audio hypnosis recording to listen to for 21 days. This is designed to help consolidate new internal patterns and reinforce the change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes. The hypnotic state is completely natural, and you are always in control of the situation. It is a state of deep relaxation and focused attention, similar to the moment just before falling asleep or during deep meditation.
What if I don’t know where my problem comes from?
You don’t need to know what the root of the problem is. Your subconscious knows and that is the power of RTT®. Through a guided process, you will discover the key moments that have influenced your patterns, beliefs, and behavior.
What if I see something painful or traumatic?
Even if difficult memories come to the surface, I will guide you through the process with gentleness, respect, and professionalism. You are never left to your own devices and you are always safely guided toward understanding and resolution.
How many RTT® sessions do I need?
In many cases, a single session is enough to achieve noticeable change. For more complex issues, we may decide to schedule additional sessions, but always with a clear intention; we do not engage in endless therapy, but rather work in a targeted and in-depth manner.
Why is it important to listen to the recording after the session?
The recording reinforces the new truth that you anchored during the RTT® process. Listening to it regularly for 21 days or more helps your subconscious mind internalize the change and incorporate it into your daily functioning.
